Just to be clear I've done what I can (as someone who doesn't understand website junk AT ALL) to secure your data. It doesn't mean I can miss something right? If you're considering joining this or really any other site then make sure to make a shitposter email and password just for shitposting that will never touch your real information. Always make sure to run a VPN for when you're using the sites you shitpost on. Even if you don't post anything bad you never know when you're going to be wrapped up in a "basket of deplorables."
This Keffals bullshit seems to be coming to an end. The commies are starting to ready their feast and the ugly pixie is on the plate BUT that doesn't mean things are coming to an end. I FULLY expect things to escalate and for this site to come under attack. If not soon then definitely around election time. The commies will definitely try to wipe as many places as they can where people can discuss anything openly and freely without restriction. I know some KF users said I was just trolling habermann and I would never actually do anything if the site came under attack but they're wrong. I'll do anything in my power to try and keep things going as long as possible and make this a place where people can say whatever they want within the bounds set forth even if that is being super mean to e-celebs or just bullshit posting about anime and video games.
As far as emails like protonmail is a thing and maybe several other places. I might even in time see like if I can extend metokur.us into its own email domain that people can register and use. I'd have to get the temperature on that. I think that might cost a lot. In the end it doesn't truly matter. All I care about is get a fake email and use a password RNG to gen a custom password you don't use on anything else. I think the VPN Tunnel Bear will like let you use VPN on certain tabs while like unrestricted on others? If thats true and the free VPN thing where you get some slower speeds is an issue then you can use that so that your typical browsing wont be slowed for your regular net usage and you can be shielded on sites you wont to be anon in.
This in the end of course is like not a rule. You can use your gmail or outlook or whatever and the same password you use for the other 200 sites you have accounts on and even go completely without VPN. Its your choice. Just remember this is basic basic security advise and no site on earth is free of possible breaches and if things go nuts and for any reason this site is like made vulnerable then you are as secure as YOU make YOURSELF. I can do what I can on my end but the steps you take are the ultimate deterrent.
