Lots of changes this month. Had to block like 10 people who raided or had ban evasion accounts in hiding.
As the result of several ban evades and people joining just to post illegal activity the following has been done:
-All new users will only be able to reply in existing threads and can not post new threads, can not alter posts, can not do a lot of things including posting media until they reach a milestone of 30 messages.
-After a user reaches a milestone of 30 messages they should be promoted to a new user group automatically (tell me if it doesn't work) where they will gain the ability to post images and media and alter their posts on their own. They will not have to have 2FA on to be within this user group however they will not be able to post new threads until they hit a milestone of 60 posts
-Users who hit a milestone of 60 posts IF they have 2FA on will be placed within the top user group which will allow for thread creation and editing.
Unfortunately I have no idea how to modify an existing users post count so I can't test it myself with a dummy account and on top of that I have no idea if Xenny sees the 30th post and upgrades you then and there or if it handles them as a batch upgrade at a certain time. However it does it it does it. While I realize this is undesirable and may cause a lack of interest and may cause people to stop using the site as the restriction is placed I hope you who don't care realize this is less me trying to push myself around and more me trying to protect the site and everyone here from bad faith people who are making accounts just to cause problems.
