Normally I prefer to keep DMs and stuff private esp if stuff is sent to me privately. After launching this site I had another website owner reach out to me and like gave me a bunch of tips and one of the big ones was be transparent about everything. I believe I've done well at that. I'm not sure if like keeping emails private is transparent or like should I publish those for all to see? Should it be just the bad ones? idk
