I know these are popular picks but my favorites are The Exorcist, Alien, Evil Dead 1 - 2

All of those are great selections. One that will always be a favorite of mine is Critters (1986) I wish they had stuck with the trait of the Crites growing to a larger size as the series continued. It made them more of a threat.

My unpopular favorite is probably the 90's Night of the Living Dead remake, it's one of the first horror movies I remember seeing and it holds a special place in my heart. Also, Nightmare on Elm Street 5, I saw the Super Freddy scene through a doorway while my brother was talking to someone and I didn't know what I'd seen but I loved it.

Actual favorites, probably Evil Dead 2 and The Thing.

Nothing wrong with the 90's NOTLD remake. Tom Savini Directed it.

Malignant

If you like Camp, or kitsch horror schlock, you're gonna love this! It's based on the style of horror movies you would find in the back of your local blockbuster. But with a high budget! I don't want to say much more. But be aware that it has nothing to do with James Wans earlier projects like "The Conjuring" etc... This is a pure passion project. And it shows!
