A tourist spot in mexico is about to get schwackt with a hurricane/giant tropical storm in a few days. If that's not extreme weather I do not know what is

What are your thoughts on global warming? My wife is convinced it's happening because the ohio winters aren't as cold, but the last two years cold weather has lasted into june. Used to be when May rolled around summer started. Idk seems like winter isn't as extreme but it lasts longer than before

We're still in the beginning stages of a solar minimum that is supposed to last until the 2050's. It has nothing to do with the "man made" global warming bunk. For reference look up the Maunder minimum and it's impacts on the Earth.

Thank you friend, you seem like a well informed lad

The bright side of the weather turning so cold for much of the U.S. it's going to thin out the useless feeders (homeless skitzo's, junkies, etc) and the more predatory animals (feral domesticated dogs which I regard as a threat that many ignore).

Here, about 50 degrees, heading for 65-70. Starting Monday night rain for the next several days. Every drop very badly needed. This is our rainy season. Past few years rain has been sparse. Also hope the mountains get a lot of snow, snowpack needs to get as big as possible.

Merry Christmas to all!
