I didn't announce this at the time because I wanted some people to test this addon for weaknesses and it seems super solid.
-Metokur Forums is an App
If you go to your browser in mobile and access the menu there will be a button at the bottom that will install Metokur Forums to your phone apps. Unlike browser apps it will appear in your app drawer as "MF" with a pic of Habermann. I'm looking into other apps that add web functionality like live updates so you don't need to refresh to get a notification as well as push notifications.
Moving the following threads and nodes:
24 Hour ops is removed. Any fun stuff will be discussed in the discord.
suggestions: All suggestions taken or rejected will be removed. I know the deletion of threads lowers the sites statistics and user points but I like a tidy ship
Vickers node will be removed and existing threads moved to Guntlords
Cog node removed. Existing threads moved to Interesting people or lolcows
Poseidon node removed. Thread moved to Interesting People or lolcows
BMW Riders removed, Thread moved to Interesting People or lolcows
Grandmas of Kevin removed. Thread moved to Interesting People or lolcows
Nodes renamed into plain understandable titles rather than ambiguous armies
Discord MAYBE substituted for Revolt. I will rely on @srdf on what he wishes to do. We maybe launching a Matrix as well. I'm not too knowledgeable so again this will be discussed with the mod team. If I can find a way to integrate matrix and/or fediverse into the site I will. All coordination will be handled offsite for any raids or fun "ops" so you'll want to join there if thats your groove. Other than that I plan to look into and add more stuff as I can. If you have suggestions make sure to throw them into the suggestions node!
